2025 Speakers
Meet our keynote speakers for the weekend!

Stephanie Johnson | Friday Night Speaker

Stephanie Johnson is a dedicated educator, youth leader, and counselor whose career spans over 47 years of service in Adventist education and ministry. A proud graduate of Chisholm Trail Academy in Keene, Texas, she earned her B.A. in English and Music from Southwestern Adventist University and later pursued her Master’s degree in Counseling from Rollins College.

Throughout her teaching career, Stephanie has served at Jefferson Academy, Houston Jr. Academy, Mount Pisgah Academy, Forest Lake Academy, Campion Academy, Milo Academy, and Thunderbird Adventist Academy. Her influence extends beyond the classroom; she has also served as a youth pastor at WholeLife Church in Orlando, Florida.

Passionate about developing future leaders, Stephanie created a Servant Leadership program for high school students and crafted a Servant Leadership training for the Southern Union Prayer Conference. She also contributed to the North American Division religion committee, playing a key role in developing the academy Bible curriculum, Encounter.

Stephanie and her husband of 51 years, Edwin Johnson, share a remarkable love story that began in high school. They dated through college, graduated, and married on the same day. Edwin is a retired English and history teacher, and together they have one son, James, who serves as a pastor and hospital chaplain. Stephanie is a proud grandmother to two grandchildren and the devoted owner of two lively standard schnauzers.

When not teaching or ministering, Stephanie enjoys camping adventures in her “big rolling dog house trailer” with her family. One of her favorite memories from Mount Pisgah Academy is the creative fun of doing supervision in a refrigerator box, embodying her love for connecting with students in unique and meaningful ways.

Stephanie’s legacy is one of faith, leadership, and a deep commitment to nurturing the next generation spiritually, academically, and personally.
